About Southern Gymnastics in Cape Town

Southern Gymnastics Club has been inspiring young gymnasts since 2006, built on a family legacy of over 40 years in the sport. Our highly qualified coaches bring experience and passion, guiding athletes from their very first class all the way to Springbok level. We are proudly affiliated with the Western Cape Gymnastics Association (WCGA) and Gymnastics South Africa (GSA).

We offer artistic gymnastics in Cape Town for girls aged 4 to 18, focusing not only on skills and fitness but also on building confidence, discipline, and friendships that last a lifetime. Whether your child is starting as a beginner or aiming for competitive levels, we provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where every gymnast can thrive.
